Cindy Stark. - Chief Executive Officer
Cindy Stark is the Chief Executive Officer for TalentPro. Cindy has over 20 years in the recruitment/staffing field. She has an extensive experience in recruitment and has successfully placed clients in a variety of industries. She is involved in the development and evaluation of new business and networking opportunities for TalentPro. In addition, she is active in the business development activities of two of our subsidiaries, Corstone Capital and Astra HR and works closely with their management team on strategic growth and development planning.
Ms. Stark has previously worked in the health care, recruitment and financial services industries as a Branch Manager, VP of Sales, Project Development Manager and Marketing. She has considerable experience with start-ups and turnarounds. She has worked closely with CEO/Presidents to identify and create new business ventures. She has proven ability to develop and expand successful companies in these fields and is a dynamic manager.
In addition to her duties with TalentPro, Ms. Stark devotes time to several civic and charitable organizations including Neediest Kids and the Lombardi Cancer Center. She has served as a TalentPro liaison to many political and charitable organizations.

Albert I. Hawk, Esq. - Chairman and Managing Partner
Albert "Bud" Hawk serves as Chairman and a founding shareholder of Astra HR, a company offering a comprehensive suite of human resources outsourcing solutions. Mr. Hawk also is a Founder and Managing Partner of Corstone Capital. He has managed a number of projects, including the formation of a packet data via mobile satellite company, an international wireless private network carrier and an affinity group content and distribution company. Mr. Hawk has placed numerous financings to public and private entities and plays an active role in the management of Corstone's investment portfolio.
Mr. Hawk is a member of the Board of Directors and a shareholder in Talent2, a publicly traded company that provides full service human resources outsourcing in Australia and Asia.
Mr. Hawk was a member of the Washington D.C. office of a national law firm, where he practiced corporate and securities law.
Mr. Hawk received his law degree from the American University. He is active in venture capital, finance, capital formation and business groups in the Washington D.C. area and has chaired various committees of the American Bar Association. Mr. Hawk is a speaker before business groups and is active in the community. He also serves on the Board of Special Love, a not-for-profit devoted to children with cancer, and Neediest Kids, a not-for-profit devoted to inner city kids with special needs.

Mike Irvine - Chief Operations Officer As Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Irvine is responsible for Astra HR’s daily operations and provides strategic guidance for improving the design and operation of the firm’s services, as well as help to grow revenues.
Most recently Mr. Irvine was President of a full service human resources business process outsourcing (HR BPO) solutions provider focused in human resources focusing on small and mid-sized businesses to support streamlining their administrative HR procedures via an intuitive HRIS platform and a dedicated group of benefits, payroll, IT and HR professionals.
Previously, Mr. Irvine was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a technology solutions company. There, he was responsible for managing and building the sales team, while focusing on business planning, business and sales process, and marketing strategies. Earlier, Mr. Irvine was principal and director, HR Technology Implementation Services, one of the world’s largest management and human resource consulting firms. Mr. Irvine also served as a business consultant providing business process improvement methodologies to Fortune 1000 companies. He advised organizations on issues relating to information technology, operations, and risk management, as well as the development of mid-market human resource and information technology implementation techniques.
Mr. Irvine graduated from West Virginia University with a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
Mr. Irvine is involved in the local business community by serving on the board for the local Economic Development Authority, Chamber of Commerce and other industry groups. He has been a key note speaker at various national technology and business process conferences.

Chuck Ehrig - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President
Charles Ehrig CPA, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, is a graduate of the prestigious Benjamin Franklin University school of accounting currently part of George Washington University located in Washington, D.C. He became a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland in 1984. During his 18 years of experience he has been both a partner in a local public accounting firm as well as a sole proprietor in his own public accounting practice. Born in the D.C. metropolitan area, Mr. Ehrig currently lives in Montgomery County, MD where he raises two sons. Mr. Ehrig is very active in the local community and also sits on a number of boards of local non-profit organizations.
