Cindy Stark – Chief Executive Officer

Cindy Stark is the Chief Executive Officer for Talentpro. Cindy has over 20 years in the recruitment/staffing field. She has extensive experience in recruitment and has successfully placed clients in a variety of industries. She is involved in the development and evaluation of new business and networking opportunities for Talentpro. In addition, she is active in the business development activities of Corstone Capital and works closely with their management team on strategic growth and development planning.

Ms. Stark has previously worked in the health care, recruitment and financial services industries as a Branch Manager, VP of Sales, Project Development Manager and Marketing. She has considerable experience with start-ups and turnarounds. She has worked closely with CEO/Presidents to identify and create new business ventures. She has proven ability to develop and expand successful companies in these fields and is a dynamic manager.

In addition to her duties with Talentpro, Ms. Stark devotes time to several civic and charitable organizations including Neediest Kids and the Lombardi Cancer Center. She has served as a Talentpro liaison to many political and charitable organizations.

Scott Cherry – Vice President

Scott Cherry brings over 15 years of recruiting, sales, and sales management experience to Talentpro Inc. Mr. Cherry attended the University of Maryland College Park, where he earned a degree in government and politics. Before becoming President of Talentpro, Mr. Cherry served as the Director of Sales and Marketing to Astra HR, a full service human resource management company. In this role he was responsible for sales to small and mid-sized businesses promoting Payroll, Recruiting, HR, and Benefits Administration services. Prior to Astra HR, Mr. Cherry served as Mid-Atlantic District VP of Sales for Ceridian and Vice President of Sales with ADEPT Response Technology. He also has been in commercial accounts sales management roles covering Maryland for AT&T, Sprint Communications and Qwest Communications. Mr. Cherry currently resides in Baltimore Country where he is very active in the local community and volunteers with a number of non-profit organizations.

Tira N. Oliver – Recruitment Manager

Tira N. Oliver brings 15+ years of experience in Full Cycle and Corporate Recruitment, Staff Placement and Retention to the Talentpro team. Throughout her tenure with various organizations, Ms. Oliver has worked with Fortune 100/Fortune 500 companies for direct placement as well as contractual positions in IT (including functional, technical roles in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft), Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Government Consulting, Legal, Sales/Marketing, Training, Human Resources, Administrative/Clerical and Healthcare. She has developed recruiting strategies to preserve, enhance, and replenish a highly diverse candidate pipeline.

Tira has partnered with executive teams of international organizations to develop strategic talent acquisition/retention plans, including justifying need, creating budget, staff forecasting, managing outsourced relationships, implementing new strategies/programs to increase returns on investments. She has managed internal staff as well as consultant-level employees for corporate and field locations.

A graduate of Howard University, Tira remains committed to being a part of organizations and business groups that contribute to the community and encourage diversity and growth.

Mike Buck – Account Manager

Mike Buck is an Account Manager for Talentpro Inc., where he is responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with each prospect and customer. Additionally, Mr. Buck generates and maintains an active pipeline of leads through cold calling, candidate referrals, reference referrals and other lead sources. Mr. Buck attended Towson University where he not only earned a degree in Business but ran a chapter for the charity, Invisible Children. Mr. Buck brings valuable experience in healthcare recruiting and staffing to Talentpro Inc. His knowledge about direct sales experience, corporate recruiting and contract staffing has made him a positive addition to the Talentpro team.

Albert I. Hawk – Chairman

Albert “Bud” Hawk serves as Chairman and founding shareholder of Talentpro. Mr. Hawk also is a Founder and Managing Partner of Corstone Capital. He has managed a number of projects, including the formation of a packet data via mobile satellite company, an international wireless private network carrier and an affinity group content and distribution company. Mr. Hawk has placed numerous financings to public and private entities and plays an active role in the management of Corstone’s investment portfolio.

Mr. Hawk is a member of the Board of Directors and a shareholder in Talent2, a publicly traded company that provides full service human resources outsourcing in Australia and Asia.

Mr. Hawk was a member of the Washington D.C. office of a national law firm, where he practiced corporate and securities law.
Mr. Hawk received his law degree from the American University. He is active in venture capital, finance, capital formation and business groups in the Washington D.C. area and has chaired various committees of the American Bar Association. Mr. Hawk is a speaker before business groups and is active in the community. He also serves on the Board of Special Love, a not-for-profit devoted to children with cancer, and Neediest Kids, a not-for-profit devoted to inner city kids with special needs.
